We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.

How do I adjust the gold link strap?
The strap can be adjusted between 150 and 210 mm and can be customised by removing links. We recommend visiting a watchmaker to have the adjustment done safely.
Can I change the strap for a different one?
Yes, the strap is interchangeable and compatible with other 18 mm straps, allowing you to personalise the style to suit the occasion.
Is this watch comfortable to wear all day?
Yes, with a weight of just 41.3 g and an adjustable bracelet, the watch is lightweight and comfortable for extended wear from morning to night.
