Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns on all our products, except earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. With the exception of earrings, You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

The watch is water-resistant up to 3 ATM and protects against splashes and rain. It is not suitable for swimming or showering.

The watch features practical spring bars, allowing the strap to be easily swapped for other compatible Daniel Wellington straps.

The mesh strap comfortably fits wrists with a circumference between 135 and 195 mm.

How should I care for the leather strap?

The strap, made from genuine Italian leather, should be protected from moisture, perfume and direct sunlight. Occasional cleaning with a soft, dry cloth will help maintain its beautiful appearance.

The watch shares a similar case design as the previous “Multi-eye” with a circular brushed inside-chamfer between glass and dial, but the Classic Day Display boasts a pristine semi-transparent triangle pattern on the dial, creating a very subtle and elegant shimmering effect.
